Yesterday mom and I went to holiday party at church in Cary. I saw Allison, Dave, Emma, Karen, Kiera, Marge, Julie W, and much people at holiday party. Kids are run and yell. Kids play in playroom with toys, pillows, and mats. I made bird food in cup with seed with mom. I had ate carrot with dip, cheese, and grapes for snack. I saw Santa claus. Two weeks ago Sami very sick in the hospital. Because Sami's ear has infection and pop. I made get better soon card for Sami. I miss and love Sami very, very much. Sami was better feeling much. Yay! On Monday mom and I went to hospital for ultrasound and urine doctor in Chicago. Mom and I went to ultrasound at 12:30. Ultrasound in my wheelchair. Then mom put me in bed for more ultrasound. Ultrasound on my kidney and bladder. After ultrasound mom and I went to out for lunch. At 3:00 mom and I went to urine doctor. Urine doctor looked at my bladder with microscope. Urine doctor said me had stones in my bladder. Urine doctor said me need, need to surgery for got stones of my bladder. Stones is bad and sick. Mom work on paper about my surgery. On Tuesday mom and I went back to hospital for surgery appt in Chicago. Mom and I went to surgery appt at 12:00. Mom talked to anesthesia doctor about remove stones of my bladder. Doctor gave listen heart and breath. Then doctor gave blood pressure. No pulse oximeter in exam room in surgery appt. I remember closed door at my office. Because I have surgery. On Friday I wake up, exercise on shelf. No eat and drank water for surgery. Exercise on shelf at 9:00-9:45. I brought frog to hospital for surgery. Mom and I went back to hospital for surgery in Chicago. My surgery at 1:00-2:00. Nurse gave me sleep IV medicine for surgery. I said kiss and bye-bye to mom. In operating room nurse hold on my head and hands. I brought frog to operating room. Doctor out stones of my bladder with microscope in operating room. After surgery I feeling very, very much better! Doctor throw sick stones in trash. My temp is 98.1 and pulse oximeter is 99. I had ice cream and drank water. Mom feeding me ice cream in bed. Mom gave me a new book about toy story 3 for after surgery and get better soon. I am healthy now! No more sick! Stones are gone. Yay! Last week on Friday I don't feeling good after rode on horseback. On Saturday morning I went to ER again. Because my urine is infection again. Nurse gave me medicine IV help make me feeling better for my stomach and kidney. I slept in couch with cell phone for nap. Everyday mom put medicine in my applesauce for breakfast. Last week on Monday night I can't went to pottery class. Bummer! Because I was sick. I miss all friends at pottery class Monday night. On Tuesday I work on lots of checks for shredding with Jill. At 3:30-5:00 I shredding. It is shredding fun! On Friday Michelle came to work visit me and mom. I talked to Michelle. Michelle is very, very happy and excited about Heather had a baby. In April 25 at 6:30 in the morning I don't feeling good. At 6:31 mom came to my bedroom/OT/PT room looked at me. Mom looked me very sick. I hurt and hard to breath again. At 9:30 mom gave me nebulizer. My pulse oximeter is 95. At 1o:30 mom and I went to ER. Hospital called is good shepherd hospital. Mom gave little wheelchair for me. Not big wheelchair. Nurse gave me oxygen on my nose help me breath. Nurse gave me IV for my medicine. Nurse push me rode in bed not wheelchair to x-ray for my chest with mom. I slept for nap in ER. After nap went to CT scan for my kidney. Nurse gave me warm IV for CT scan. I not eat lunch at the hospital. Because I not hungry. Dad came to ER visit me and mom. Dad looked at me very sick. I love very, very much dad! Maureen and duckman came and brought frog and get well soon balloon for me to ER. I slept for nap again. Cipro for IV in hospital and pill at home. At 5:30 mom, Maureen, and I went to home from ER. Maureen went to Walgreens store and bought new medicine for me. Maureen came and brought my new medicine to my house. At 6:00 I not exercise on shelf. I had eat macaroni & cheese for dinner. After eat dinner I played on computer. Maureen, duckman, and mom prayed for me. In April 29 at 4:30 I hard to breath again. Mom came to my bedroom/OT/PT room say what wrong with me. I said you hard to breath. Mom brought my nebulizer to my bedroom/OT/PT room in my bed. I had fever. Mom pack for hospital. At 7:30 mom and I went to hospital. Because I was still very, very sick. I had infection in my blood, kidney, and lungs. I slept and stayed at hospital for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Kathy and Nancy came to hospital and visit mom and me. Kathy say poor, poor of me! Jill brought lots of frogs and came to hospital and visit mom and me. Nancy need to went back to work from hospital. I can't went to Bowling with Bret and Maggie. I text to Bret because me is sick. Bret said me ok and get feeling better for me. On Saturday afternoon Barb came to my house. Barb very good care and gave drank water of me. Mom went to food store. I drew picture of bed, frog mirror, and exercise ball at my bedroom/OT/PT room paper with Barb. No more I exercise with Mary OT in living room anymore. OT/PT room is my bedroom now! I love OT/PT room at my bedroom very much! Mom will bring exercise ball to my bedroom/OT/PT room soon. On Febraury 2, 2010 I borrow my frog to mom before went to hospital. Mom need to stayed hospital after surgery. Maureen camera of mom and frog with pulse oximeter on mom's cell phone. No ICU for mom after surgery. Yay! On February 3, 2010 afternoon I made get well soon card for mom. Marion came to my house at 3:30. Because Minda need to went to home. At 5:00 mom and Maureen came to home from hospital. Marion cooked jell-o for mom. Mom was very tired from surgery. Maureen help mom and me for 2 weeks ago. Mary came to my house for help mom and me. Mary cooked spongebob macaroni and cheese for my lunch. After lunch Mary lift me to bed for cath. Mary are strong! Mary gave medicine and turn on woody lamp for me. Mary went to home. But Mary forget CD player here. Oh well. Mom need to went to slept for nap. I miss and love very much Mary. Mary's CD player is still on coffee table in living room. On Friday Maureen and I went to work. Maureen and I work on mail stuff from Kathy. After work went to Best buy in Crystal Lake and brought six game cases. After surgery my belly button cath not work again. Bummer! In January 14, 2010 I went to work with mom. My birthday party at work. At 9:14 I went to physical therapy with Catrina physical therapy. I worked on closed files from Marge. Jill brought noodle and white sauce for my lunch. At 11:15 I went to birthday party with friends from work. Mom record of me open the all presents on my video camcorder. Three weeks ago mom brought a new dsi stand for me. I see and play dsi with a new dsi stand. My dsi stand is perfect and better for me! No more slide pills box for my dsi. Yay! Last week ago Catrina not come to work anymore. No more physical therapy with Catrina physical therapy now. Turn off physical therapy. I hope start physical therapy again with Catrina physical therapy in six or seven years. Kathy and Jill cleaned in my office before Nika came to work my office. Nika moved to my office now. Mom had ate soup, pizza, and drank water too for lunch. After lunch mom and I went to store at hospital. Mom and I went to pre-op at five floors at 1:00. I played cake manie 3 game on my dsi in waiting room. Mom read newspaper and book in waiting room. Nurse came to got mom and I went to exam. Nurse bought pulse oximeter to my exam room. Doctor talked to mom about me and surgery. Doctor said me my heart and lungs are good! Nurse bought blood pressure and pulse oximeter my exam room for check on my blood pressure. I have two pulse oximeters on my fingers. Wow! Mom camera of me and pulse oximeter picture on mom's cell phone. Breath and heart doctor at 1:22-2:30. Mom and I went to home from hospital at 4:00. Mom send picture of me and pulse oximeter email to me. I put picture of me and pulse oximeter on my computer. On Friday at 1:00 mom and I went to dentist meet Lori and Bret (Bret's mom). Lori work and clean on my teeth. Bret watched me. Lori was very good job work and clean on my teeth. Mom, Bret, and I went to home from dentist. Dentist at 1:22-2:00. I watched cop show on television with Bret in my bedroom. Bret's favorite show is cop show on television.
