On Monday mom and I went to hospital for ultrasound and urine doctor in Chicago. Mom and I went to ultrasound at 12:30. Ultrasound in my wheelchair. Then mom put me in bed for more ultrasound. Ultrasound on my kidney and bladder. After ultrasound mom and I went to out for lunch. At 3:00 mom and I went to urine doctor. Urine doctor looked at my bladder with microscope. Urine doctor said me had stones in my bladder. Urine doctor said me need, need to surgery for got stones of my bladder. Stones is bad and sick. Mom work on paper about my surgery. On Tuesday mom and I went back to hospital for surgery appt in Chicago. Mom and I went to surgery appt at 12:00. Mom talked to anesthesia doctor about remove stones of my bladder. Doctor gave listen heart and breath. Then doctor gave blood pressure. No pulse oximeter in exam room in surgery appt. I remember closed door at my office. Because I have surgery. On Friday I wake up, exercise on shelf. No eat and drank water for surgery. Exercise on shelf at 9:00-9:45. I brought frog to hospital for surgery. Mom and I went back to hospital for surgery in Chicago. My surgery at 1:00-2:00. Nurse gave me sleep IV medicine for surgery. I said kiss and bye-bye to mom. In operating room nurse hold on my head and hands. I brought frog to operating room. Doctor out stones of my bladder with microscope in operating room. After surgery I feeling very, very much better! Doctor throw sick stones in trash. My temp is 98.1 and pulse oximeter is 99. I had ice cream and drank water. Mom feeding me ice cream in bed. Mom gave me a new book about toy story 3 for after surgery and get better soon. I am healthy now! No more sick! Stones are gone. Yay! Last week on Friday I don't feeling good after rode on horseback. On Saturday morning I went to ER again. Because my urine is infection again. Nurse gave me medicine IV help make me feeling better for my stomach and kidney. I slept in couch with cell phone for nap. Everyday mom put medicine in my applesauce for breakfast. Last week on Monday night I can't went to pottery class. Bummer! Because I was sick. I miss all friends at pottery class Monday night. On Tuesday I work on lots of checks for shredding with Jill. In April 25 at 6:30 in the morning I don't feeling good. At 6:31 mom came to my bedroom/OT/PT room looked at me. Mom looked me very sick. I hurt and hard to breath again. At 9:30 mom gave me nebulizer. My pulse oximeter is 95. At 1o:30 mom and I went to ER. Hospital called is good shepherd hospital. Mom gave little wheelchair for me. Not big wheelchair. Nurse gave me oxygen on my nose help me breath. Nurse gave me IV for my medicine. Nurse push me rode in bed not wheelchair to x-ray for my chest with mom. I slept for nap in ER. After nap went to CT scan for my kidney. Nurse gave me warm IV for CT scan. I not eat lunch at the hospital. Because I not hungry. Dad came to ER visit me and mom. Dad looked at me very sick. I love very, very much dad! Maureen and duckman came and brought frog and get well soon balloon for me to ER. I slept for nap again. Cipro for IV in hospital and pill at home. At 5:30 mom, Maureen, and I went to home from ER. Maureen went to Walgreens store and bought new medicine for me. Maureen came and brought my new medicine to my house. At 6:00 I not exercise on shelf. I had eat macaroni & cheese for dinner. After eat dinner I played on computer. Maureen, duckman, and mom prayed for me. In April 29 at 4:30 I hard to breath again. Mom came to my bedroom/OT/PT room say what wrong with me. I said you hard to breath. Mom brought my nebulizer to my bedroom/OT/PT room in my bed. I had fever. Mom pack for hospital. At 7:30 mom and I went to hospital. Because I was still very, very sick. I had infection in my blood, kidney, and lungs. I slept and stayed at hospital for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Kathy and Nancy came to hospital and visit mom and me. Kathy say poor, poor of me! Jill brought lots of frogs and came to hospital and visit mom and me. Nancy need to went back to work from hospital. Baby show at Patient channel TV at the hospital. Nurse push me rode in bed went to 3 floor to patient room from ER with Jill, Kathy, and mom. I had ate macaroni & cheese for lunch. Jill feeding me. On Friday no bronchoscopy for me. Yay! On Friday afternoon Lori came to hospital and visit mom and me. At night I feeling very, very sick and almost die on bed. Mom was very, very worried about me. My all friends from work very, very worried about me. On Satursday I little bits feeling better. I can't went to Bowling with Maggie. Because I still in hospital. I laying down and talked to Allison and Megan on text on cell phone in bed. On Sunday morning mom and me went to home from hospital. Yay! I am very, very better feeling now! I have lots of balloons at my bedroom/OT/PT room! The end
