Barb very good care and gave drank water of me. Mom went to food store. I drew picture of bed, frog mirror, and exercise ball at my bedroom/OT/PT room paper with Barb. At 5:00 mom and Maureen came to home from hospital. Marion cooked jell-o for mom. Mom was very tired from surgery. Maureen help mom and me for 2 weeks ago. Mary came to my house for help mom and me. Mary cooked spongebob macaroni and cheese for my lunch. After lunch Mary lift me to bed for cath. Mary are strong! Mary gave medicine and turn on woody lamp for me. Mary went to home. On Friday Maureen and I went to work. Maureen and I work on mail stuff from Kathy. After work went to Best buy in Crystal Lake and brought six game cases. After surgery my belly button cath not work again. Bummer! In January 14, 2010 I went to work with mom. My birthday party at work. At 9:14 I went to physical therapy with Catrina physical therapy. Last week on Wednesday mom and I went to hospital in Chicago for breath and heart doctor for surgery. Mom and I went to cafe for lunch. I had ate macaroni & cheese and drank water for lunch. Mom had ate soup, pizza, and drank water too for lunch. After lunch mom and I went to store at hospital. Mom and I went to pre-op at five floors at 1:00. I played cake manie 3 game on my dsi in waiting room. Mom read newspaper and book in waiting room. Nurse came to got mom and I went to exam. Nurse bought pulse oximeter to my exam room. Doctor talked to mom about me and surgery. Doctor said me my heart and lungs are good! Nurse bought blood pressure and pulse oximeter my exam room for check on my blood pressure. I have two pulse oximeters on my fingers. Wow! Mom camera of me and pulse oximeter picture on mom's cell phone. Breath and heart doctor at 1:22-2:30. Mom and I went to home from hospital at 4:00. Mom send picture of me and pulse oximeter email to me. I put picture of me and pulse oximeter on my computer. On Friday at 1:00 mom and I went to dentist meet Lori and Bret (Bret's mom). Three weeks ago on Monday I hard to breath in the morning. I was feeling sick. Mom called Minda. Mom talked to Minda about me was sick and hard to breath. Minda said poor, poor of me. Mom and I went to the doctor. Mom said to nurse about me hard to breath. The nurse brought pulse oximeter to my exam room. My pulse oximeter number is 96. After doctor mom and I went back to home got my nebulizer machine to work. Mom gave me nebulizer in meeting room at work. Mom talked to all people from work about me was sick and hard to breath. All people said poor, poor of me. I stayed home with Minda on Wednesday and Thursday. Last week ago on Wednesday Minda and me worked on pack old ER 1 and 2 season DVD, old frog game, old ds games, and old books for garage sale. On Thursday morning mom went to changed the oil for van.
